Who we are
This website is operated by Arvind Prakashan Pvt. Ltd., Sports Complex Enclave, Delhi Road, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to these terms.
Products and prices
All prices are in Indian Rupees and are the maximum retail price or a discounted price shown against it. Printed books are exempt from GST; no tax is added at checkout. We take care that titles, editions and prices are accurate; where an error is found before dispatch we will contact you and you may cancel for a full refund.
Orders
An order is accepted when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or limit an order where a title is unavailable, the delivery address cannot be served, or payment cannot be verified. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store card details.

Intellectual property
The books, their contents, cover designs, imprint names and this website are the property of Arvind Prakashan Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. Nothing on this site grants a licence to reproduce them.
Institutional and bulk orders
Orders from schools and distributors are handled under separate written terms; contact us through the contact page.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under Indian consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, have jurisdiction, subject to the rights available to consumers under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
