Cancellation, return and refund policy
Cancellation
An order can be cancelled free of charge until it is dispatched. Write to us through the contact page with the order number. Once dispatched, the order follows the return process below.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery when a book is damaged, defective, misprinted, or not the title you ordered. Books that are undamaged and correctly supplied cannot be returned, as they are printed educational material. To start a return, send the order number and photographs through the contact page; we will arrange a pickup or provide a return address. Books must be unused and in their original condition.
Refunds
Once the returned book reaches us, or the courier confirms a lost parcel, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer to the account you provide. Shipping charges are refunded when the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
Where the same title is in stock we will ship a replacement instead of a refund, at your choice.
Grievance officer
The Grievance Officer, Arvind Prakashan Pvt. Ltd., Sports Complex Enclave, Delhi Road, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. Reach the grievance officer through the contact page; complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within one month, in line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
