What we collect
When you order, we collect your name, delivery address, phone number and email address to fulfil the order and keep you informed about it. When you use the contact form or WhatsApp, we keep the message and your contact details to reply. Card and UPI details are entered on Razorpay’s secure page and never reach our servers.
How we use it
To process and deliver orders, to answer enquiries, to meet legal and accounting obligations, and, only if you ask for it, to tell you about new titles. We do not sell or rent personal data.
Who else sees it
Razorpay (payments), our courier partners (delivery address and phone for the parcel), PostHog (website analytics, see below), and the hosting providers that run this website. Each receives only what it needs for its task.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses cookies needed for the shopping cart and checkout to work. We also measure how the site is used with two analytics tools: Matomo, which runs on our own server, and PostHog, a hosted service. They record the pages you visit, the type of device and browser, the country you connect from and how you move through the site, and they set cookies to recognise a returning browser. This data is used only to improve the website. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not share analytics data with advertisers.
Retention
Order records are kept for the period required by Indian tax and company law, normally eight years. Enquiry messages are kept for up to two years. Analytics data is kept for up to two years.
Your rights
You may ask us to show, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop any marketing message, through the contact page. We answer within 30 days.
Changes
We will post any change to this policy on this page with the date of the change.
